This is a very popular way of making gratiude a part of your daily life. There is a simple exercise which you can try for yourself, why not right now?

Write down 5 things you feel grateful for today

Grab your journal or notebook. Write down:

  • 5 things that you feel grateful for in your life now.
  • Or 5 things you are grateful for that happened this very day.

Maybe you want to start doing this in the end of the day, before it’s time to go to sleep. Put your journal next to your bed, along with a pen. This will make this procedure smoother.
